Her impressive 25 year business career in real estate and home building includes experience in new home construction, major home renovation and investment properties. St. Michaels, MD.

As a general contractor, Dawn has built houses and carried out major home renovations. In addition, she built and co-owns Claiborne Woodworks, which builds custom cabinetry for fine homes. Dawn brings an in-depth understanding of every aspect of real estate and new home construction to her role as owner of Safe Harbour Construction LLC which specializes in custom designed modular homes and major and minor renovation projects, as well as custom sitebuilt homes.
